    Hi,
Ian Fleming an Irish Free Lance Photographer coming to Australia. My
passion and creativity lies in my documentary work where my infectious
outgoing and humorous personality has helped me engage people into
what I do. I have a BA in Photography with a proven track record in documentary photography, www.ianflemingphoto.com, www.gazettegroup.com and I am always open to
    expanding my photography skills.

I have a photographic project in mind, which is to capture portraits of any willing Irish individuals who have made the journey down under. I would record a little background info about why and what they are doing in Australia. Initially this would be for a Irish Publication i work for at home in Ireland, Gazette Group newspapers but I envisage this to be someday on the walls of a gallery in the future. What do I need.....? Anyone willing to make contact with me who wish to participate in the project....I look forward to hearing from you!

My images have been used in Irish publications such as
    - GCD's magazine
    - RTÉ's 'Off The Rails' fashion website

By Organisation's and Business's such as
    - 'Aware', for it's 'Daisy Day Charity Campaign 2011' social media page
    - White Collar Boxing Ireland Association
    - Allied Irish Bank
    - Bank Of Ireland
    - Bavaria
    - Gazette Newspaper Group - a newspaper which presented me with an
opportunity of connecting with local people and businesses living in
through out the city of Dublin.

You can be assured of a professional and personable approach, always.

    Regards,
    Ian Fleming

Hi Ian, what's your angle on this project, is it a Irish tragedy piece? If it is I'm out.

    HI Catbear,
The aim of the project is to meet people from home who have made the trip to Australia and find out a little about what made them go and what they are up to now, a portrait of them at work or at home (heres a link to give you an idea http://ianflemingphoto.com/274_Page.html ). I am not sure where you drew a conclusion that it is a tragedy piece? It is up to all individuals whether to take part or not and I will respect everyone's individual wishes in relation to the work. I would hope you would still be interested, I thank you for your response and i look forward to future contact between us.

    Regards,
    Ian
