What sort of a day is 10-4? Since when is that a business day? It's like they've decided to be as inconvenient as possible for everyone who works.

This is why I've recently changed from AIB to Ulster Bank-Saturday opening hours

It's just baffling that such an important service gets away with ridiculous hours like that. It's 9-5 in the UK, just like every other serious business.

99% of what standard customers need is available 24-7, 365 days a year. That's pretty good hours in my book.

remember queing in a boi a few years ago at lunch time and someone got onto one of the clerks about the lack of staff at the busiest time of the day and she said it was because staff were on their lunch. that would be nearly like staff in a sandwich shop going on lunch between 1 and 2.

the ptsb in carlow only has a business desk available for a few hours in the morning as 'most people come in at 4' and they got rid of the quick lodge for business customers.
