Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wenger should be ashamed of himself, probably happy Van Persie scored.

Maybe United will get 10 this time and he'll actually does us a favour and resign.

It worked last season when you were shouting for him to resign after the first 10 games of the season.

Also worked v Reading the other night when ye were 4 down.

    Nice tactics :)

In fairness, that's not much of an achievment. :pac:

Santos is the huge problem most Arsenal fans expected today. How he is even at the club is beyond me

RVP had time for a touch there...

Santos taking the piss with those stupid ****ing tackles.

United look like they fancy another goal soon.

  • Registered Users Posts: 579 ✭✭✭Kilkenny14

Another good save by Mannone - he is doing well.

Rooney should have scored! Even square it to RVP!

He's a good shot stopper but he too often palms them back down the middle rather than to the sides

Jose Enrique is what arsenal need in the left back slot, will ye buy him off us? Please!

    Nasty one, deserved yellow.

    Dean blowing every Arteta tackle

Rooney and VP doing a great job of sitting in front of the Arsenal midfield and not letting them play out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,456 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Only one goal down and a flukey one at that. If we can get to half-time we can re-group and come away with something.

Cleverley should have kept going..... Poor final ball so far today.

  • Registered Users Posts: 579 ✭✭✭Kilkenny14

    Hard luck Cleverly.

Cleverly has been doing very well so far, some nice one touch passing and he's been looking for the ball.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 704 ✭✭✭frisbeeface

Arsenal'd midfield don't look like they have a plan to win the ball back? Really erratic pressing and gaps everywhere for Utd to play through.

United using the same tactic they used a decade ago, if not the ball then the man.

Yeah because the first booking of the game wasn't an Arsenal player doing exactly that.

    Poor taste.

Why do they call Wenger a paedophile anyway? When did that start?

Dunno about Wenger I assume. "Jimmy Saville in disguise". I assume they are singing about Wenger because he was ranting to the 4th official at the time.

United have had more of the ball but have made more scummy fouls.

It's the scholes school of tackling ;)

United will be wondering how they lost this game at the end :)

Scholes? How can he teach tackling? Sure he doesn't know how to apparently.

United have had more of the ball but have made more scummy fouls.

Difference between a late tackle and a scummy tackle is lost on you then? You probably think Carrick was attempting to pull Wilshere's boot off with his own one that time?

Get the ball to Valencia .

I've heard they call Wenger a paedo because of the amount of young players he uses.

Because he likes to sogn young kids, instead of established "adult" players.

Spurs fans started it in 1997. I dont want Wenger as manager but I think its pretty hateful he has had to listen to peadophile songs for 15 years!

Some Spurs fans said he looked like a paedophile with his glasses when he first started, and then the tabloids printed accusations of him being a paedo, which they obviously retracted.

And obviously his whole playing kids and buying most young players added fuel to the songs.
