Hi I thought closing date was 12:00 on the 1st of July and was half way through my changing my cao and I realised it had closed. Can anyone help me. Late applications? Panicking here would love if anyone could help me.
If you hadn't saved the changes you had made, it will revert to the original choices you made.

Late applications is long closed, I'm afraid.

Vacant places will have a small number of courses / choices in late August, i.e. courses which have not filled for one reason or another, or which colleges have decided to offer extra places in, but it will be a very restricted pool.

So I just went to check what I actually put down and being the absolute spanner that I am, I managed to put down Economics as my 4th choice instead of English
But to be fair, the chances of me even staying in Ireland are slim and I would be very surprised if I couldn't get at least my 3rd choice.
If I do stay put then I'm banking on:
    1. Vet Nursing UCD
    2. Animal science UCD

From what I hear college accounting is much more fair and actually a bit easier than LC accounting. Probably due to the 4 year span rather than 2

I put down Arts as there are no other business courses that interest me in Dublin. I don't like any in Trinity or UCD. oh and in case I failed Maths. With this course I can be an Accountant in future or something in Financial Sector. Not a Teacher!!!!:. Job security is important to me. With this carreer you can work anywhere in the world.

    1. TR264 English Literature/Modern Irish
    2. MH101 Arts
    3. TR071 Science
    4. DN500 BA Degree - joint honours (full-time)
    5. DN200 Science
    6. TR077 Earth Sciences
    7. DT517 English Studies & Languages
    8. TR027 Irish Studies
    9. DC132 Journalism
    10. DB565 Journalism

There was actually no point of putting anything under Arts at number 2.

    1. TR264 English Literature/Modern Irish

Looks like we may be doing Modern Irish together!

    1. TR315 Film Studies/Modern Irish
    2. DT505 Film and Broadcasting with a Language
    3. DT553 Journalism with a Language
    4. DC271 Arts - Joint Honours Programme (Media Studies and Irish)
    5. DC239 Gaeilge agus Iriseoireacht/Irish and Journalism

Don't really want any of them at the moment though. I don't actually want to go to college really anymore, and I kinda want my second choice more at the moment. Greeeeat.

I know someone who was aiming for English in Trinity last year but he admits he was a bit of a waster so repeated to get it. He's hoping to get in this year and I'm pretty certain he will :)
