I think it means if a mistake has been made by them and the list of courses written on the letter is wrong.
Thats what I assumed as well
This, as far as I know.

It's definitely not meant as an extended "change of mind".

That sounds so fúcking cool. How many points is that?

And what in the name of Jesus is an Advanced Material.

I'm thinking its going to be about 560ish, trinity said on the website there was a massive increase in applications for the course this year and since there's only ten places it will probably be high points, I think advanced materials is like all the cool stuff they are making out of carbon atoms at the moment, it sounds really cool and intresting :D

All Round one offers are available Monday at 6am. They aren't spread out through the day, all out at 6 :)

(Round Two offers are out the 29th of August)

No defiantly not hard i wouldn't think unless you are going for medicine or upwards of 500 then its a mental grind but mid 200s are pretty achievable for anyone

It's as hard as you make it.

If you study it's not, but if you don't study, it's going to be difficult.

Bit worried.. 5 from my first, bang on second, and 20 above my third..

Whatever happens though. Best of luck to everyone. :')

I'm 40 over my first, 35 over my second. I don't want my first though so I'm really hoping that the points skyrocketed so I get my second.

Best of luck guys receiving your offers tomorrow! This time last year I was pretty relaxed about getting my first choice as I was 75 points over the cut-off from the year before.

I did end up getting my first choice, studying Business and Law. However after 1 week I decided it wasn't for me and requested an internal transfer for Psychology, something I always wanted to do but never thought i'd get the points for.

I'm now about to go into my 2nd year of my Psychology degree and I am the happiest i've ever been!

Moral of the story, don't panic if you don't get your first choice, you make get your 5th/6th/7th choice (or in my case, your non-existent one :pac) and end up absolutely loving it and never imagine yourself in any course!

Everything seems up in the air right about now, but give it a year and you'll wonder why you guys ever stressed in the first place! Have a good (possibly sleepless) night and I thoroughly hope you all get what you want!

    Best of luck :D

Definitely got nothing according to that paper. My third year in a row doing the CAO and got nothing. Luck is obviously not on my side. Good luck to ye all starting your college career. I'm destined to work in a chipper and be on the dole forever :(
