Considering what you've had for Lunch and Dinner, the low-fat milk with your Cornflakes was wildly optimistic.
What are you having for Supper, a large cheddar-cheese sandwich on batch bread washed down with a pint of low-fat milk?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,033 ✭✭✭Winty

I had curry goat for lunch and a white chocolate kit Kat for a snack with pizza for dinner

Maybe they don't like full fat milk? I don't. I don't like milk much at all actually but that's beside the point.
Snide enough comment. As OP I feel the need to thrash you with a good stick. Climb off the horse. I wish I ate what they did. It sounds lovely.

Whats the weather like up there??

I don't give a sh!te about what I eat. Low fat milk was all that was in the fridge. I bought the panini in college and my housemate made the stew so I robbed some of that and cooked potatoes to go with it. The cheesecake was also in the fridge, but I bought it myself.

I don't like milk either, only a little on my cereal because dry cereal is nasty. Its not natural for mammals like us to continue drinking milk on into adulthood, especially milk that comes from another animal, it just feels weird to me. I'm considering just having fruit for breakfast and cutting it out of my diet altogether.

Ive stuck to very healthy diets for extended periods of time, followed by months of just 'trying' to make the right choice - being healthy enough but still indulging now and again.

I didnt find any difference in energy levels, mood or even weight gain/loss.

As they say , everything in moderation.

I've just finished night shifts, so this morning I had a chicken pizziola from subway, a latte, and now that I've woken up from catch up sleep I'm gonna have pizza.
Meat feast, with pineapple. Need to have some fruit I suppose!

I was at a conference this morning and there was a huuuuuuuge buffet breakfast. But I had to eat a normal person size portion cause I was with important professional people and trying to make a good impression. I wanted it all.

    :(

Gee whiz guys, they say 'foodies' can be cranky gits, particularly when they're not wolfing it down.
Disregard my last post, and 'lash it in'.
    Bon Appetit!
