    Breakfast: 2 fried potato cakes and a salad. Coffee.

    Lunch: sandwich of brown bread, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber

    Dinner: Stew of meat and load of veg, as well as some great brown bread a friend gave me. Coffee, yesterday's homemade brownie.

    Lots of water throughout the day.

    Had some nuts and beer, and having a whiskey now.

    I'm still hungover from Saturday night so today I had

    - half a tub of sour cream and onion Pringles for my breakfast

    Am on holidays and taking advantage of the breakfast buffet :) will probably need two seats home on the plane to Dublin next week at the rate I'm going :)

    Two poached eggs on a slice of brown bread. A celery, carrot, kale, banana and chive juice. Cup of coffee.

    Pork chop with peas, roast carrot and parsnip, and a baked potato.

    4 mugs of tea.

    Small bit of Bellingham blue cheese on an oat cake.

    A mackerel fillet with a tin of tomatoes, a few mushrooms, and a load of parsley.

    4 more mugs of tea.

    A large glass of red wine.

    Breakfast: Large bowl of Aldi tropical fruits granola with around a half litre of semi-skimmed milk

    Coffee

    Lunch: Packet of microwavable basmati rice, a sliced-up red pepper, 100g baby leaf spinach, 25g cashew butter, 25g hazelnut butter, various hot sauces (chipotle, frank's, cholula).

    Coffee

    Snack: 2 bananas, glass of semi-skimmed milk

    Dinner: Beef chow mein, 2 bananas, glass of semi-skimmed milk

    That should be me done for the day.

    I feel your pain. I lost 20 pounds during my last pregnancy because nothing stayed down. My obstetrician was thrilled when I saw him a week after my son was born...the idiot.

    Breakfast: Boiled egg, Frank's sauce, cup of tea

    Lunch: 2 cheese cracker sandwiches (y'know, made cheese sandwiches but used crackers instead of bread!), nectarine, cup of tea

    Dinner:
    Spaghetti Bolognese, mixed salad, garlic bread, glass of water.

    Snacks: Small TimeOut, 3 cans of Coke Zero, 2litres of water.

    I feel your pain. I lost 20 pounds during my last pregnancy because nothing stayed down. My obstetrician was thrilled when I saw him a week after my son was born...the idiot.

    Ick. I'm 13 weeks so hoping it goes away. I've lost over a stone already though I was obese to begin with so thats not as bad as it sounds.

    LUNCH - Goats cheesea and bacon salad in a little cafe in Lusk. Was yummy
    DINNER - The biggest bowl of Muscles in white wine and garlic sauce I've every seen (or eaten) with homemade brown bread. Also in Lusk in a bar by the harbour. My kids couldn't eat enough of them!
    DRINKS - water, coke and a lucozade. Might have a glass of Prosecco in a minute.

    Today I had fruit salad, with a tablespoon of muesli and some pumpkin seeds and a yogurt.

    Then I had sweet potato, chickpea, and spinach curry with rice.

    Then I had cappucino with a sugar.

    Then I had chicken breast and a massive salad that had grilled veggies and even pine nuts.

    And I drank about 2.5 litres of water and about 3 cups of tea.

    I just remembered there's a magnum in the freezer and now I won't be able to think of anything else until it's in my belly >.<

    Am currently eating 'Mcennedy Master Taste Bananalicious ice cream'. It has bits of wallnut and lumps of chocolate in it. It's from Lidl. Kind of like a poor-man's version of Ben & Jerry's.

    Best Ice cream I ever tasted.

    breakfast was normal, rice krispies, strawberries and toast.

    lunch was salted crackers (ya know the pack of 5 crackers that can be snapped in half)
    1 chicken sandwich
    2 twice baked potato halves

    dinner:
    takeaway from camile thai:
    half of a tiffin box
    crispy chilli chicken and about half the rice that came with it
    double sized slice of chocolate biscuit cake.

    I did well to get through all that!

    Now I'm lying here on my bed, over heated and vegetating...

    it's so warm today i could not even eat.. so had a yogurt with a spoon of cereals for breakfast with few nuts, and afterwards just one apple and one beautiful peach, and a cup of tea with milk just now....

    Freshly cut pineapple with fat free natural yoghurt.

    Falafal wrap.

    Chicken fillet with bean sprouts,carrot,sweetcorn,mushrooms and chilli sauce and soy sauce. No rice, tried to be healthy!

    Then caved and ate a bowl of cornflakes with one weetabix.

    Had an ice tea, two cups of normal tea, a smoothie and some water!

    Breakfast: Boiled egg, wholemeal toast, multivitamin juice, tea.

    Lunch: Large salad of iceberg lettuce, rocket, spinach, red and green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweetcorn, scallions and cajun chicken.

    Dinner : Mashed potato, seasoned with black pepper, parsley and cajun seasoning, some baked beans and 2 grilled pork sausages.

    I've had three bottles of Bulmers and a small bag of Mini Cheddars, too.
