    Breakfast: Cornflakes, coffee and a scone
    Second breakfast: 2 pots of pineapple, pot of grapes, pot of mixed berries, strawberry greek yoghurt and a nutri grain
    Lunch: Lamb burger, tomato flavoured sauce, rice and chips
    Snack: Ice cream and packet of crisps
    Dinner: Chicken curry with rice and chips
    Snack: Greek yoghurt

    Breakfast: half a tomato, half an avocado, yesterday's leftover curry with rice, cup of coffee.

    Going hiking & camping today with my daughter so lunch will be spaghetti bolognese that we've already cooked, and dinner will be one of those 'dehydrated-so-just-add-water-and-wait' meals somewhere up a mountain.

    Terrible day of eating.

    Bowl of porridge with a drizzle of honey. Cup of tea. Yogurt. Tea with milk. Coffee with milk.

    Little pieces of toast with strong cheese, olive oil and oregano x million.

    Wine


    Too disheartened about the result of the referendum to cook properly. Harumph. :(

    2 bowls of natural yoghurt very low fat with honey and hazlenut

    6 scoops of whey protein mixed in water

    6 cups of coffee
    5 cups of tea
    5 pints of water

    Brown bread sandwich with egg mayo, rashers, and tomato, and more coffee
    Dinner will be roast chicken, spuds n veg, most likely with a glass of Pinot Grigio.
    I really need to drink more water:(

    I had hardly any food today, I had a protein bar that my boyfriend bought for me, and I had half a ham and cheese sandwich. The cheese tasted like condoms and made me feel a bit queasy. Had loads of water. Kind of hungry now but a bit late to be eating

    Quarter pounder with cheese from mcdonalds and medium coke.

    Dinner was uh mazing.
    Confit of pig with apple purée
    Duck with poached fig, roasted beetroot, and other yummy things.
    Hot chocolate soufflé with malt ice cream.
    Half a bottle of Tempranillo.

    I went to bed happy :D

    Breakfast is gonna be savage!

    It's, um, a gel you take to give you energy :p

    Nah they give you a shot of carbohydrates (and some have caffeine/phosphates etc) when you need a boost of energy during long bouts of cardio.

    Cup of strong coffee with milk and sugar before I left for work.
    The same again at 10:30 (Middle east time)
    Rice and spicy mystery meat for lunch and I am still starving and struggling with a two day hangover.

    Dinner will be boiled ham,baby spuds, carrots, broccoli, croquettes and I will try and drink more water before the night is out; I've been good drinking 2 litres every day for the past week, but this weekend I've had very little.

    Been sleeping off the effects of an all-night session so yesterday consisted of:

    Two slices of toast with pineapple jam. A kiwi fruit. Coffee

    Down the pub for two pints of lager and fish & chips

    Wedding party at a Galician restaurant for tapas (scallops, cheeses, hams, pates etc) and bottles of beer (lost count)

    Today I've had a bit of yummo almond and cranberry cake and a few wine gums. Thai takeaway to follow in a while

    Sick yesterday ate fairly little.

    Sweet Jesus, like a savage today. Went for a swim and like a hungry monster afterwards.

    Lunch-salmon/rice/salad

    Just ate about 8 crispy roast spuds, chicken, cabbage and mashed carrots and am still hungry- staying upstairs til de morning. Suppose to trying to shift a few pounds,

    I feel a 100 lengths in order tomorrow.

    That Soylent thread inspired me to bump this. As it it only half three, I'll put in yesterdays meals.

    Breakfast:
    Big bowl of oats with almond milk, cinnamon and frozen berries chucked in
    Apple
    Cup of green tea

    Lunch:
    93/7 minced beef with lots of powdered spices for flavour
    Whole grain pasta
    Green beans
    Some chilli ketchup and light mayo for flavour and texture

    Snack:
    1000 calorie shake with oats, protein, creatine and blended spinach and kale

    Dinner:
    Mother's sweet and sour chicken with white rice and white potato

    Cheat meal:
    Bag of Smokey Bacon Tayto's and an Iceberger ice cream.

    Bed time snack:
    Protein shake

    Boiled egg and toast (ran out of porridge) with glass of oj.

    A biscuit and a cup of tea.

    Loadsa salted sunflower seeds in their shell (you crack them between your teeth and spit out the shell and feel like a cowgal in the process!).

    Cheese on brown bread toast.

    Salad with pan fried chickpeas in olive oil, beetroot, cucumber, spinach, rocket, tin of tuna, some manchego cheese, sesame seeds, corn, and olive oil and balsamic.

    Greek yoghurt and apple.

    Few more chocolate biccies.

    Few glasses of wine.

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast: chicken, tomato, avocado sandwich.

    (I rubbed salt, pepper, chilli pepper, turmeric, coriander into the chicken, then marinated it in milk overnight, and grilled it in the morning. It tasted like I hadn't done any of those things.)

    Lunch: salad of avocado, tomato, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, green beans, with the rest of the grilled chicken.
