    Mid-morning snack: 1 clementine, 3 Brazil nuts and a packet of green beans, quickly steamed (I love veg :D)

    Lunch: 6 rice-stuffed vine leaves and a head of steamed broccoli with home-made sauce

    Afternoon: cuppa tay

    Dinner: Roast pepper soup with baked potato, pumpkin seeds and marinated tofu garnish

    Evening.. 1 or 3 glasses of sherry :D

    A sausage, bacon, and egg sambo, with a glass of OJ.

    A Cajun chicken wrap, a granola bar, and bottle of coke.

    Fish and chips, and can of coke.

    Toasted ham sambo, and bottle of Lucozade.

    Throughout day, snacking on fruit pastals, and water.

    Bit better today.

    Scrambled eggs on toast, and cup of tea.

    Cheese and steak sub, cookie, and can of sprite.

    Sausage and Bacon, with pasta, in home-made chilli and garlic tomato sauce.

    Breakfast was 2 eggs, 2 rashers.

    Lunch was chips.

    Dinner was a curry and rice, with broccoli on the side. Not exactly complimentary but greens are important.

    Thinking about a snack now and having a drop of wine. More wine? Um, yes. And a snack maybe. I might just eat a block of cheese. Heroin of the dairy world.
