Phone unlocking

Is there any reputable places in Dublin city centre to get a phone unlocked? I had a quick search here and most of the posts are a few years old so just looking for an updated opinion. I got a phone off amazon that they list as sim free but it wont work with my 3 micro sim used with an adaptor but works with my wife's Vodafone sim. The phone is a Samsumg GT-C3350. If anyone has an opinion on either of my problems it would be great to hear.

Yeah that's the one alright. Guess that explains why I get a defective sim card message when it turns on. Would this phone work on 3 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-B2710-Solid-Immerse-Mobile/dp/B0042ORU08/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1352033913&sr=1-1

I checked on gsm arena and it lists 3g network.

That phone will indeed work, but you have probably found that out by now
