Advise on bottle + bf'ing technique

    Our 4 week old smacks her lips and gulps in air while breast and bottle feeding and even with her soother. she get terrible wind as a result.
    She latches on pretty good to start with but then her technique gets sloppy and we can hear the air going in.
    We stop her regularly for breaks and burps once we hear the lip smacking.

    Any suggestions on how to get her to stop taking in air?
    We hold her at the right angles etc.

    Sounds exactly like my daughter, she was tongue-tied. Could latch on like a champ but got tired very quickly and would make those smacking sounds after.
