Duck stir fry

I have done a search for duck stir fry with no luck so looking for some ideas. I normally just take the skin of the duck breasts stir fry with peppers, baby corn, spring onion and sugersnap peas add 5 spice powder, garlic and soya. Have duck for dinner tomorrow and want to do a stir fry with a more interesting sauce. Any…

Have duck for dinner tomorrow and want to do a stir fry with a more interesting sauce. Any ideas??? I have a really good range of spices as well as the normal, soya, hoi sin, oyster sauce, sweet chilli etc
