    Maybe, I'm just suggesting, you possibly entered some detail in wrong, as in, the phone number when you put it in you don't enter the 0, like +353 85*******. I duno.

    I thought that might be the problem but you get a confirmation email and I checked all the details on that and all is correct. THe other problem might be that i didn't give enough notice as I filled it out for later the same day. I'm going to try again for next week but I'm not telling the kids this time :D
