How up to date is your Chrome/iOS? Because I visited the URL and I've no issue with the certificate provider not being trusted, I suspect it's a chaining SSL issue

That's due to someone hotlinking an image from a site that Google has identified as hosting questionable content. if you send on the page you were visiting i'll report the post so that a mod can remove it.
