    Its all white with snow here, just back from a mates house at 150m ish starting to stick there , it was snowing at low levels on my drive home but not settling , am like a wee child here! this is our second snow event here.

    Nice one, would love to be up that high only hitting 50metres
    Makes you think how much snow we could get in Ireland if we all lived a fair bit up
    1000metres would be pretty much snow proof in the northern half

    I love living up here but it has its pros and cons , beautifull views, clean air, wildlife ect. but the weather can be cruel and unrelenting wind and rain, storms are worse up here , growing season is quite a bit shorter , the need to tie the hens to bricks for fear they end up in Leitrim! (I jest!)

    I wonder where the higest dwelling is in Ireland?
