Worried about HWSV payment. Forgot to input the Intended Purposes code.

    I just made a payment to HWVS using 365online.

    While I was filling out the form I wasn't sure what to put in under 'Reason For Payment' so I just put in my Customer Number that was given to me in the order confirmation email.

    It was only after I transferred the money that I noticed an Intended Purpose code in the email.

    What should I do? Will the customer number be enough to link the payment to my order?

    People have made this mistake before. Send them an email about it. It might delay your order for a day or two at most, but you won't lose your money. They usually match the money amount with the order as well.
