TNG in HD started tonight on Syfy.

Don't know if there's mention of tis anywhere but just in case there's not, there ya go. Star Trek TNG in HD started tonight at 7pm on Syfy. Watching Encounter at Farpoint tonight for the first time in ages, it's mad how strained and awkward and uncomfortable the actors seemed. They all really grew into themselves.

DS9 hasn't had the HD treatment yet though, so any HD showings of it on tv at the mo will be SD upscaled {ie not true HD}

Is it? Bah it's times like this I wished I still lived in Canada. I love watching the teaser TNG HD episodes in the cinema. What are the chances of a cinema release here? Slim to none?
