I don't know if you are answering one of the Irish questions but the correct answer is the one given earlier

    'Tadhg an dá thaobh'
"Tadhg of the two sides" denotes a double-dealer in Irish

44 T an 2 T = Tadhg an dá thaobh. An Irish saying meaning a double agent or similar shifty type.

    Just 2 left
    4) S C 7
    55) on the 1st D of J 1892.
I know that the 1st of Jan 1892 was when Ellis Island opened but I can't make the connection with the clue

    4 S club Seven
    7 Madra na ocht cos
55 First day of January 1892.

Rememeber in the Gaeilge ones the number has to be spelt in irish.

    4) S club Seven.

I believe the band was called S Club 7 not S Club Seven

I know that the 1st of Jan 1892 was when Ellis Island opened but I can't make the connection with the clue

On the first day of January 1892 is the opening line of the song "Isle of Hope/Isle of Tears"

On the first day of January 1892
    They opened Ellis Island
and they let the people through
And the first to cross the threshold
of that isle of hope and tears
    Was Annie Moore from Ireland
Who was all of 15 years.

    http://www.metrolyrics.com/isle-of-hopeisle-of-tears-lyrics-celtic-thunder.html

I'm not saying that's the correct answer though.

    70 Madra na ocht cos

Rememeber in the Gaeilge ones the number has to be spelt in irish.

I think the correct answer is Madra na nOcht gCos

I got the Quiz today and was really confused looking at the threads here. THEN I realised that there are TWO quizzes this year and you guys are talking about one with the sub-title of 'Holly Bough' or something similar. This must have been posted before the one that is now on the site. Anybody doing the 'new' quiz ?
