    Yep, it's unusual alright in that it's not necessarily Upper-Lower-Upper-Lower but... so far so good, enjoying it!

    What kind of time frame we talking about for a workout?

    Well the Overview on the site says the workouts can be done in under an hour but I would find it very hard to do them in less thant 1hr15 - particularly the heavy leg/chest days... but then again, the last exercise or two on a lot of days is 'optional' so to speak...

    To be honest, after this programme, I'm just gonna restart it again with added dedication! It's great fun and all three lifts feel really good right now

    Didn't use straps at all during this programme and this was the first time my grip felt under pressure. It's not pretty but the Grip was giving out before the body, if that makes sense...

    No, mixed grip... I actually find it harder to lift with half-decent form with a mixed grip but obviously I need to use it at heavier weights... is that normal?
