So I'm looking for a digital camera with the best spec for about 70e.

Hi All, Im looking for a camera myself but not too sure what to get, the two features I really want are panoramic picture that the camera stiches the photos for you and also fish eye. Sony cameras are great with the panoramic and canon cameras have fish eye but is there any cameras that can do both for a reasonable price im think less than 200euro?? any help would be great! thanks

If you get any canon point and shoot you can load custom firmware easily onto them. It opens up the features on the camera:
