    Hardwareversand.de provide a service where you pick out parts and they'll put it together for you for €20

    if you are interested in building a custom PC head over to PC building and Upgrading and fill out the form the lads there will give you sample builds according to your needs...

    ps building it yourself is alot easier than most people think..
