definition of the law with torrents ? peerblocks vpns

    i have never used any of them but have been re searching them as they seem to have a lot of legal software for ubuntu etc

    so whats the stance on the other things that are illegal
    for example johny downloads a episode of family guy
    mikey uploads a episode of the simpsons

    is it more likely mikey gets caught?

    what actions happen ? 3 strike rule for all isp ,s?
    im with 3 pay as you go so i can barely download skype lol
    has any one got any letters/emails from there isps

    i was looking at peerblock and the use of vpns

    lets say 5000 people download a new film and 1000 of them use vpns and peer blocks

    wouldnt the likely hood of the 1000 ppl to get caught more
    rather than the 4000 ppl who didnt have any protection
    how to they actually track you ?

    if 4 antelope run in the path of a tiger there going to more than likely all be killed
    if theres 200 antelope the ratio is smaller as im thinking the ratio might relate to those who hav vpns etc and those who dont
