Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Contacts not visible on Parrot after Jelly Bean update (Galaxy s3)

I recently installed Jelly Bean to my Galaxy S3 and since the update, my Parrot CK3100 car kit cannot read my contacts.

When I re-paired the phone with the bluetooth kit, I was prompted on the S3 screen to allow the Parrot to access my contacts but even still the phone book on the parrot is greyed out and any recieved calls have just the number displayed, no names.

I've also tried both allowing all name cards and individual namecards options in my contacts sharing settings. Neither has worked.

This worked perfectly with Ice Cream Sandwich.

    Any ideas?

Try upgrading your software on the Parrot. You must have Bluetooth on your laptop, all you need then is to go to support on the Parrot website..
