Toilet Seat

Help required. the toilet installed has two raised rims about 10mm coming from the back of the loo out roughly in line with the back of the seat on both sides - purely for decorative reasons. Because of this rim the seat cannot "sit back" enough on the loo and therefore protrudes too much over the front edge of the loo. this results in the seat protruding over the front edge of the loo by about 45mm. i need a now seat and can't get a seat where the back is raised enough to get over the rims. i have sourced a "special needs" seat at £188 which is quite prohibited for a toilet seat.

    would really appreciate any advise.

    Pee standing up? :)

Or go to Chadwicks in Bray and talk to Breffni or Richie they will sort you out with a cheap one.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
