Can I ask for some advice on these please.

We built a house about 10 years ago and in our ignorance put in lots of spotlights:o

I want to start to replace them, but estimate that I have over 30 to replace in total. The key area I want to start to replace is in the kitchen. the spots are located at around 20ft high (the roof slopes) so I need a replacement that will give off plenty of light, there are 8 in the kitchen that I want to replace.

What do I need to buy / look for / buy from etc...
