Lets go ice-skating!

It's the time of year where soon we will have the opportunity to go ice skating at Mahon point.

If you are up for going sometime then please post here and let me know.
We can sort out the dates and times as soon as we get a good enough crowd signed up.

I have no clue of the price etc but for now all I want is to see how many are interested in the idea.

Well it looks like it would be worth it for entertainment value alone....

Kingtut says he can't skate...

I have the concept but never manage to move forward only backwards.....

a few more and I reckon it could be quite entertaining from a comic point of view....

Put skates on your butt...Skates on the front of your hips..Skates on the front and back of your shoulders....So no matter what way you fall,,you'll still be skating..

ahhhhhh i went ice skating at the weekend and OMG I felt so stupid. By the end of the session I was barely moving on my own. Well I was able to go it alone, but I still dis not have my stride.
I had not been in about 13 years but I remember being able to do it the. Strange how age can make you so over cautious.

I was sweating buckets. Still glad I done it though. May even go again before the rink closes.

WEnt last night...unplanned visit.... was nothing short of a pantomime....!
But got it in the end an was going around alone.... Torvill and Dean we weren't but it was good fun!
You should definitely go....

Thanks to everyone who came ice skating last night, I certainly had a lot of fun and luckily managed to keep my ass from hitting the ice!

As I am going home to Wicklow on Saturday I will not be creating any more events for this year, so best of luck to everyone and see you in 2013 !

Thanks for the "hint hint" But New Years Eve is a home event for Us..
