Alumni use of Library

    Just wondering what the story is with Alumni using the library with or without borrowing privileges? Is it allowed and who should one contact to get the go-ahead?

    You can join the graduate association which is €100 for 5 years, which gives you readship access to the library, which afaik means you can have access but not take books out though I could be wrong. http://www.ucc.ie/en/alumni/contact-us/ is the link to contact them

    You also get a lot of discounts - http://www.ucc.ie/en/media/alum-grad-discount.pdf and cheaper rates at the Mardyke. Well worth looking into - was thinking of doing this when I come home, simply to get access to the library!
