    Any boardsies have experience working in an Irish bar over in Toronto?

    I hope to be heading over there on the IEC in March 2013.

    How are Irish pubs with hiring Irish as barmen? Do they recognise being Irish as a plus?

    How are they when it comes to expected experience? I have worked in a pub before, but never pulling pints.

    Is the minimum wage different for bar workers?

    How are the tips?

    Any recommended pubs?

    What are your hours like?

    Do they take on extra staff for Paddy's day?

    Did you or do you know anyone who got their LMO from just working in a bar?
