Might not be the right place to post but cant find a 'rubbish forumn' :) Anyone know if there is some sort of guidelines/rules about bin lorries and the times they can start collecting. Had one at 5.30am yesterday waking us and the kids up and it's the same most weeks.

its the same where i live in ferrybank. 6am on tuesdays and thursdays!
