Hi I was analysing 3bet house prices at Sundale 45 Sundale Close, Tallaght, Dublin 24 75k 18 Sundale Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 75k Sundale Grove, Tallaght, Dublin 24 85k 4 Sundale Villas, Tallaght, Dublin 24 90k 95 Sundale Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24 95k Is anybody know why in Sundale houses are going under such prices ??…

45 Sundale Close, Tallaght, Dublin 24 75k
18 Sundale Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 75k
Sundale Grove, Tallaght, Dublin 24 85k
4 Sundale Villas, Tallaght, Dublin 24 90k
95 Sundale Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24 95k

Is anybody know why in Sundale houses are going under such prices ??
That is slighty lower comparing ot other houses from Dublin 24 ??

The fact that so many houses are on the market for fire sale prices in such a small vicinity should tell you all you need to know
