UPC Box freezing on set up

Hy UPC box has had varying degrees dodgyness since I got it, but lately its been resetting itself and I've had to reconfigure it each time, which was slightly annoying but I didn't lose anything so it was grand. It did it again yesterday but this time it gets as far as showing the signal strength and completion percentage…

It did it again yesterday but this time it gets as far as showing the signal strength and completion percentage and just freezes at 100%. I've tried turning the box off at the rear and trying again several times and even left it for a while in case it was just taking a while but to no avail. Anyone any suggestions?
