Christmas Dinner Meetup ! Friday December 14th

I am aware that it is only November but Christmas parties take time to organise and somewhere has to booked ...

With that said, who is interested in attending a Cork boards Christmas dinner? Just looking for names and numbers right now but feel free to suggest dates / venues if you so wish.
I plan for this to take place sometime in December (maybe Friday 7th / Saturday 8th ??? ).

I'd like to see 1 rule for this event -

You MUST wear something with a christmas theme - a tacky Christmas jumper, some tinsel, a hair band with lights etc etc .. be creative !

Friday 14th for me too. Just a little advise Kingtut, it be hard to book a big table that close to xmas so Id say you may want to book somewhere soon. Also if we go for a Christmas menu I have heard that some places are taking a deposit for each person!
Thats probably the only date or the sat that I can go.:D

Thanks Cadyboo, well I was thinking of the Bierhalle purely because they were able to manage such a large crowd last time and I don't think anyone got bad food ... but I am open to suggestion. I agree though I need to book it asap

Anyone got any suggestions for somewhere nice to eat ?

Bierhalle would be a crackin venue.
Was great the last time,and as you said,,coped very very well with the numbers.
And,yes,,the food was fantastic as well.

Thumbs up from Us for that anyway..But,,as you said,,open to other suggestions.

Friday 14th of December is the date we are going with based on votes.

My intention is to call the Bierhalle tonight and make a booking for 20 people for 8pm. I don't want to hold off on booking (or spend time discussing places - I think we all had fun there last time plus we know they can handle a big crowd)

If you do have any objections /suggestions etc then please let me know before 9PM tonight.

In the event that we get more than 20 people I will call and see if I can add more people but obviously this is not guaranteed so if you want to go post here asap
