Yoga DVD

Hi all, I practice yoga once a week at the ICFE. I want to do some practice at home but I keep getting lost or distracted. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good yoga DVD I could use at home to help with my practice? Thanks for your help :) Emma

It would depend on what style of yoga you practice. It its Ashtanga you practice, the following are all good DVD's
