Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I despise people who can't handle a bit of pressure when the going gets tough. Do you step up to the plate when things gets tough or are you a bit of a pussy?

    I'm surprisingly tough under pressure. Every week tends to be a "if I can survive this week I'll be fine" week. After a while, feck all phases you. My average day at work is dealing with disasters or averting them - after a few years that starts seeming normal. I'm actually fairly crap and lazy unless the sh1t has hit the fan. If it has hit the fan, I'm good to have around. People pay well to keep people like that around which is also nice. My average work phonecall is "Pottler, our biggest customer is auditing us tomorrow morning and the place is a feckin mess - help!" That usually comes in at about 3.30. Which leads to pressure.
