Boards League Season 17

And are all new comers bunched together in the bottom league or is there some sort of seeding? (I'll be bottom league standard anyway, but just curious about a big team signing up or whatever and then mauling all the small guys! )

This is off top of my head, without checking/verifying anything! so bare in mind it won't 100% accurate!

we will add a division if demand is there and do a slight shuffle to try prevent maulings. this is done every two seasons at earliest frequency.

there is usually a space or two opening up each season though, and also some have affiliates they added to complete division 5. they would be happy to allow others in in place of their affiliate if needed.

have you signed up in the thread? if so hang on and it'll be sorted over next week or two!!

Think we try not to shuffle up the leagues too often, as you can have lads battling it out in the boards league but getting hammered in the main game, so suffering in ranking but not representative of Boards performance. Pretty sure Mar-z has methods in place for such things. All the things

Ah sounds good. I'm all signed up in the thread, so will wait and see what happens, but looking forward to hopefully getting back into boards league, it was a lot of fun!

Yeah, exactly what happens will depend on how many teams sign-up. I've messaged the teams that haven't re-signed up yet and gave a deadline of Monday night/Tuesday Morning so that I can sort things out.

Until we know how many of the teams are re-signing up or not, the posts by fewcifur and eoferrall are pretty spot on.

Yep, I only remembered that we didn't have trophies for div VI there last night, will add all the trophies in one lot when I get that sorted.

Also anyone wanting to try their hand at making a trophy is more than welcome to do the 3 for div VI (I'll sort something within the next week if not)

I've had no time to do up trophies for div VI in the last week or so. Hopefully will get a bit of time to do it this weekend so trophies will (hopefully) be given out early next week.
