Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys.

Looking to get insurance for my iP5. Done a bit of research online and just wondering has anyone used mobilecover.ie? What are they like in relation to claims, do they stick to their word or do they try every trick in the book to get out of replacing a lost/damaged/stolen phone?

    Cheers.

Stay away from them they are a complete waste of money and time, no matter what happens to your phone they will turn the blame back to you and not cover it. I've just gone through hell with them and got nowhere

I have just had a claim rejected. My phone was stolen, I completed everything required for the claim. I felt it was a pretty robust case and they would honour the point of there existence and replace my phone. But no, they claim I did not take enough measures to protect my property (phone) and rejected my claim, and rejected it again following an appeal.

Its obvious to me why they are the cheapest on the market, because I presume they reject the majority of claims. Steer clear, €6 a month for their best package was too good to be true.
