A PC Build's Sticky.

    I just thought I'd put out a suggestion for a PC build sticky. A lot of people are asking for the same kind of PC build's at the same price ranges. The sticky could be update monthly and could include budget gaming/non gaming, all the way up to the top of the line builds. I think it would easier on people coming here for the first time. If someone had a question on a build in the sticky they could always post a new thread and we could help tailor it to their personal needs.

    Anyway what do you think.:)
