Router keeps dropping connection

    I have been with eircom since may been on here before about my dsl disconnecting alot but that got better,for the last two weeks my connection keeps dropping i can't watch youtube without my connection dropping i think the box is faulty,i have been told the line is fine can you help me please.The router is a Zyxel p-660hn-tia_ipv6.

    I can see some old cases but not account details. Can you PM me you rtel no and I can do some tests here?
    If this is a moden issue you are probably better off calling tech support on 1890260260 and have them test this with you.
    Before calling tech support connect moden via ethernet cable.
