    I know he reads the NCD forum, so I just wanted to say thanks again for your time, even though I just caught him on the side of the road, doing work for another customer.

    Same for the guys who work up in the Blackhills. :)

    Then again, with the brilliant testing that went into the work management system that the engineers use (still on Blackberry handsets?) - how could they not do a super job? ;):p
