Where to buy: Hydroponic Growing Mats.

I'm hoping to grow some wheatgrass hydroponically.

On this video the guy uses a growing mat.

Any idea where I might buy similar mats in Ireland.

Mats are designed to lie underneath media containers and can be easily cut to any size.

In ebb and flow tables, plant roots will grow through and under the Mats where moisture remains between flood cycles.

but v expensive, maby the soil/peat route may be cheaper.

Seed tray with a thin hole cut along one length of one side, other holeless tray below as reservoir,
capillary matting on bottom of tray 1 and down through hole to dip into other tray below full of water/nutrients,
put peat in top tray and allow to dampen
spred seed direct or germinate seed first then plant.
this will keep top tray of peat at field capacity for water, optimum water state.
