I still don't see any sign of actual work kicking off for at least a year as the insurance companies and government here are really taking there time. There's tons of demolition still to take place before new construction can happen but I guess they're kicking things off early.

There was talk here that the major building companies were going to hold recruitment drives in the Phillipenes and China as well to get cheaper labour...
