You can use a dynamic IP redirect service like http://www.no-ip.com/ .
That will give you a fixed domain that will redirect to your IP.
After that you need to forward the required ports to your DVRs internal IP address & set your modems firwall to low. Plenty of help here for that.

You have the port forwarded to 192.168.1.7 but the DVR IP set to 192.168.1.100.
Use static IP on the DVR and match them up.

    sorry for abusing your help

the 1st photo is only a screen shoot to show how the Swann DVR network setting look like

The actual setting that been assigned is 192.168.1.7

Ok. Let's forget the dynamic IP for now. Set the DVR to fixed IP.
Goto http//(your IP):85 . Remember you may need to try this from another connection. Also goto canyouseeme.org and check the port is open and accessible.

Thank you very match for your help, I was doing all wrong
I was using the same IP for internal and external access
To access the DVR from you local network I used
    192.168.1.5:80
from another PC i used 109.XX.XXX.192:80
I change the port to 80 for easy access as http://canyouseeme.org/ didn’t let me to enter 85.

I creat 3 lines in my modem with the tree deferant ports
    1-18004 mobile port
    2-9000 media port
    3-80 web port
    All work just fine

I connect just fine from my laptop using my phone hotspot (you had to see my face nearly jump from happens)

Now I been left with two question
1 - I know that my IP will change some time (correct me if I’m wrong) what’s the solution for that (call eircom for static IP or the using the 1 link you provied me with?

2- I trayed to login from my Samsung mobile using swann provided app with no luck :-(

    Any advice please
