20 units a day may be high for some, but it's not excessively high. I'd estimate the immersion is using about half of that.

And three PCs, and a 50" Plasma I think the unit count we'd had was pretty kind considering the potential we have for racking up a large bill.

The issue seems to be resolved now. It seems just a sequence of misscommunications, one bad reading, and unjust panic being set off by ESB has led to this.
