I'll send you a pm with the name and number of a painter, I saw this guy painting a shop front in Cork and out of curiosity asked him for a quote on a property I own in the neighborhood,we exchanged numbers and he looked at the house on his way home and called me the next day with a quote of 500 to paint the front of a 3 story house,with him supplying paint etc.
I figured I'd paint it myself for that kind of money, I'll pass on his number to you but can't vouch for his work,although his work on the shop front seemed good.
