Depending on whereabouts in Delgany Woods, anywhere from 25-35 minute walk.

It takes me about 18-20 minutes to walk it, using the pathway through the golf course.

How do you get to the pathway through the golf course?

The easiest way is to come out of Delgany Wood onto Church Road and turn right, then there's a left turn (53.136279,-6.079115 on Google Maps, use the small gated entrance otherwise you'll end up in someone's driveway) about 50 yards before the Orchard that leads onto Burbaby Heights. Follow that to the end and veer round to the right, the pathway is just there. It comes out at the clubhouse on Whitshed Road.

Can't see the golf course walk being 18 minutes especially in the dark or a safe place to walk in the dark.

It's Delgany not central Greystones, fair play to the agents for being honest.

    Define a fab house?

you could cycle down to the station from DW in 7 or 8 minutes, & they've just installed extra bike racks nearby (I'm not aware of the golf course walk being particularly dangerous?)

The directions are correct except that its the R761 you exit onto rather than Church Road. Church Road is in the Town of Greystones. All the Garmin GPS units have the road name wrong.

    Mea culpa

I guess walking speed is the variable.
