Can anyone recommend a good family photographer in Kildare/Dublin. Looking to get a family portrait done and would like some pointers on who offers best service and quality.

Padraig Deasy's studio is next the Whitewater - he's won lots of awards, and his work is great.

got some family portraits here couple of years back, pricey but the photos are really very professional and worth it.

Used these guys recently and I can definitely recommend, the photographer was great with the kids, session did not take too long but got some great shots.
The rep who brought the photo’s was also really friendly and helpful, we got a family portrait and three individual shots of the kids that we were really happy with
Reasonably priced too, check with them depending on what size you want.
They did house calls in Celbridge recently, so not sure where you are in Kildare but give them a shout

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions. I'll have a look at them all over the next few days....probably be new year before we get round to it.

Would suggest at least checking out Padraig Deasy, Cutlery Road, Newbridge as mentioned earlier.

I've seen his work displayed in the shop and it seems very classy and artistic to me - in a good way - not your standard run-of-the-mill photographs.
