Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I updated my Nexus 7 to 4.2 today and now when I turn it on it shuts down after a few seconds. Anyone else have this problem? And anyone know if I should contact Asus or Google customer care?

It's not completely charge but when I turn it on it has about 30% and it is on the charger.

Same was happening to me while it was charging.

I did two things one or both of which fixed it. Settings / Display / Daydream = Off and Settings / Display / Sleep = 30 minutes.

I think it might have been the latter since none of the options were selected initially meaning it went to sleep after who knows what amount of time.

My update to 4.2 went fine with no issues.

Any chance you did your update when the battery was low?

    Hi Guys,

I purchased my Nexus 7 in New Jersey about 3 weeks back.

How do Google push the 4.2 update ? Is it by serial numbers or ?

I still have not received the update yet.

    Thanks.
