Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Iphone 3 deal question?

    do you guys think this is a good deal for an iphone 3 ?

    my friend said he will sell me his iphone 4 for 180euros, which do you guys think i am better to go for? complete iphone noob here, dont know anything about them.

    Take the iPhone 4. It's a big step up. Even in a year if you decide to upgrade you'll get most of the price back.

    I just changed my 3G for a 5. In my view the 3G really has gone passed it's sell by date. Getting iOS 4 to run on it is extremely dodgy. I tried at one stage but it slowed down to a crawl and I had to invest a lot of time to roll it back to 3.1.3. And most decent apps will not work on 3.1.3 any more.

    I would strongly advise a 4 or a 4S. You will get a couple of really good years with a great device.
