    Hi. Looking for a bit of advice. My friend gave me their USB drive telling me some of the files wouldnt work. Ive seen this happen before and IMO, its gone forever, but I thought id ask anyway. Ill copy and paste whats showing up in MS word 2010. The file is DOCX.

    Found this on Google may be worth trying, if the file is missing data though theres a slimmer chance of repairing it

    Cheers. I downloaded it gave it a go but the output is still the same crap as in word. Ive tried a few different programs and nothing is working.
