    Hi all,

Has anyone ever dealt with this company?

Seen some properties on other websites from the agent that look extremely good value. Almost too good. Was just wondering if anyone has had previous dealings with them...

Again, what's too good? €1300 doesn't seem spectacular for a 2 bed in Dublin 1 imho

Just seen some properties on other websites from them that look unrealistic. As in properties in prime locations in Dublin for a fraction of what they usually are. Have you dealt with them?

Again, not necessarily talking about the properties on their site. More so about places they have advertised elsewhere. Was just looking to see if anyone on here had any previous dealings.. that's all

Oh, your link makes it look like you are talking about that specific property.

Might be related to observations in this thread.
Just did a quick search there on Daft for lettings <=600 in Co Dublin, sorted by Date Entered. Everything added in the last couple of hours is by Bond Estates or Daphne L K & Associates and is priced far below market value.

Something's screwed up. Might be a technical glitch, someone acting the maggot or some lame effort at a scam.

Large doses of salt all round.
